We aim to be as inclusive as possible at Audio Farm, and site accessibility is a key part of that goal. Please see below some important information for our Festival goers with additional access needs.

If you have any requests for facilities and changes that we can make to enhance the festival experience for customers with disabilities, or access requirements, please send an email to info@audiofarmhq.org – We’d love to hear from you.

Personal Assistant Tickets
Personal assistant tickets are free for attendees that require a personal assistant. To request yours please send an email to info@audiofarmhq.org and one of our team will sort you out. Deadline for PA Tickets is 15th August 2021.

Accessible Parking
We have accessible parking bays allocated closer to the accreditation area. If you are a blue badge holder, let our stewards know on arrival and we’ll guide you to the reserved spots.

Accessible Site
The site terrain is very flat, consisting of mostly grassy fields and some pathways. We haven’t had any issues in previous years, but do consider that in bad weather the ground conditions could become poor.

All areas of the festival are accessible to wheelchair users and those with limited-mobility. Routes avoiding steps will be clearly marked and not increase the distance travelled.

Accessible Facilities
On arrival to the festival, our accreditation volunteers will be able to show you to the designated accessible campsite that’s closest to the festival action. You don’t need to camp in this area if you prefer to be in general camping.

Accessible toilets will be available at every toilet-block area on site.

The Wizards Elbow (our main bar) will have a section of lower-service area for ease of access.

Please see the map at the bottom of this page for an overview of the aforementioned accessible routes and facilities – this map may be updated between now and the event so please check back closer to the Festival!

The healing area and down by the lake offers a calm and mostly quiet environment for those who want refuge from all the stimulation of the festival. However, across site there may always be some loud noises that carry from our main stages.

Strobe lighting
Strobe lighting will be used at our event and due to the nature of our production, we cannot give timed warnings. Please assume that these will be in use at all times.

Sign Language
We don’t currently provide sign language interpreters for our performers and talks. If this is something you’d like to see at future events please drop us an email.
