ETHOS
NOT FOR PROFIT CHARITY FUNDRAISER
We are fully independent and all proceeds go towards Green Paw Project, a UK registered charity supporting animal welfare and environmental conservation. We do not take corporate investment, and never will.
FOR ANYONE AND EVERYONE
Audio Farm Festival is an inclusive festival and we welcome anyone regardless of their age, ethnicity, gender and sexuality. We continue to work on our accessibility and inclusivity mission, to ensure that everyone can feel free and safe to party.
PLANT POWERED
As a collective, we’re passionate about animal welfare, the environment and eating lovely sustainable grub, which is why all food, drink and trader items sold on site are fully vegan. Meat eaters and vegans alike have been consistently blown away by the tasty offerings such as fishless chip shop, plant-based Indian cuisine, dairy free ice cream, vegan cheese pizza and everything in between.
GREEN POLICY; NO SINGLE USE PLASTICS & UPCYCLED BUILD MATERIALS
Conscious about waste and the environment. No single-use plastics sold or provided on site. Almost all of the wood used to build our stages and décor is reclaimed from film sets and other businesses where it would have been skipped.
LEAVE NO TRACE POLICY
We operate a strict leave no trace policy: the festival is spotlessly clean all throughout the event, and then a final litter pick is performed afterwards to ensure the site is exactly how we found it. Campers are very respectful, as you can see from the photo taken in 2021 only 12 hours after the all the campers left site. Not one tent, not even one can or bottle was left on site. Impressive and proud.
EDUCATION AND DISCUSSION
We always look to bring together the best minds in environmental innovation, education and activism for positive change. Our festival features a range of workshops and talks designed to spread awareness and spark conversations on vital societal topics.
AUDIO FARM’S FINANCIAL TRANSPARENCY & MODEL – EQUALITY
Audio Farm Festival year on year are striving to be financially self sustainable, with the goal of breaking even in 2022. Our accounts are public data and can see under company name Audio Farm LTD.
Audio Farm believes in equality for all people involved. We pay everyone a minimum of £12.50 per hour to all staff. This isn’t a corporate set up where CEO’s at the top get more rich, whilst everyone else doesn’t. Our team consists of some of the highest top professional festival crew in the industry, and all take a cut and work at £12.50/hour whilst the festival grows organically, we become financially sustainable and eventually generate £50,000+ a year to charity.
Any profits made for Audio Farm will always go towards safeguarding it’s future and keeping independent music, arts and culture alive, as well as donating to charities and community projects.
Our vision is to have a sell 2500 weekend tickets festival, with world class larger acts, whilst being affordable to the ticket buyers.
