What time does the festival start and finish?
The 2022 festival runs from 2pm Thursday 1st to 2pm Tuesday 6th September 2022. 

Will there be a cash machine?
Cashback is available from the bar so, you don’t need to worry about running out of cash.

Can I bring my dog?
No, sorry. No pets allowed on site. That includes ferrets, parrots, tarantulas and everything in between.

Is there somewhere I can park?
Yes, but you need to buy a car park ticket before you come on site, available here www.audiofarmfestival.org/tickets. We encourage people to share lifts if possible. The car park is a short walk to the camping area.

Can I bring or buy alcohol?
Yes, but we limit the amount you can bring to site. More information on the specific quantities allowed will be provided nearer to the festival’s live dates. Please consider Audio Farm Festival is a totally independent festival and we rely on bar sales to make the magic happen. No underage drinking is allowed and you may be asked for ID. For safety, no glass is allowed on site.

Is water available on site?
There are water points on site where you can fill a bottle. We will not be selling water in single use plastic containers!

What is the capacity of the festival?
Max. capacity is  approximately 2500 to 3000 people including crew, DJs, bands. In 2022 we are aiming for 1500 Weekend Ticket buyers and 500 Day Tickets. 

Is the festival family friendly?
Yes! We have a dedicated kid’s area and family camping. We pride ourselves on being a safe, fun and educational space for kids.

Will there be showers and washing facilities?
There are a limited number of showers in the campsite.

Are day passes available?
Yes, we sell day tickets here www.audiofarmfestival.org/tickets. You can buy more than one day ticket if you’re unable to stay for the whole event.

Does my child need their own ticket?
Children 13 and under get free entry but must be accompanied by an adult. Children 14 to 17 need a youth ticket and must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I buy tickets over the phone?
No, sorry. But tickets are super easy to buy online at www.audiofarmfestival.org/tickets.

Do you charge a booking fee?
Yes, Skiddle, our ticket platform, charges 5% which goes directly to them.

Can I cancel or change my online ticket order?
No, if you’re no longer able to attend you need to sell the ticket or give it to another person. Please email us to change the name on the ticket as ID with ticket buyer’s name is required on the gate.

Do I need ID to get my wristband on the gate?
Yes, to protect ourselves and ticket buyers from ticket touting and scams you will need ID in the name of the ticket buyer at the gate. You will be signed out and in each time you leave the festival. 

Can I pay at the gate?
In short, YES, but only if tickets are still available. We highly recommend buying online in advance here www.audiofarmfestival.org/tickets in order to avoid disappointment!

Can I camp with a day ticket?
Yes, but only for one night from the day selected. For example, a Friday day ticket will give you entry from 11AM Friday to 2PM Saturday. After this you need to leave the site or buy a ticket for the next day (subject to availability!)

Does the ticket price include camping?
Yes, for all 5 nights.

Is there a family camping area?
Yes, situated at the furthest point from the stages.

Is there a quiet camping area?
Yes, situated at the furthest point from the stages.

Can I bring my campervan / caravan / trailer tent?
Yes, but this isn’t included in the regular ticket, you will need to buy an additional campervan ticket in advance from www.audiofarmfestival.org/tickets.

Can I bring my camping stove and other cooking facilities?
Yes, as long as all cooking is done safely in open air and not in enclosed spaces such as tents as this poses a carbon monoxide poisoning and fire risk. No fires are allowed on the campsite. Please be conscious that Audio Farm is 100% vegan and we encourage people not to bring or cook animal products.

Are campfires allowed?
Unfortunately not, but we do organise communal fires.

Audio Farm aims to be as inclusive as possible. We’ve taken the following measures and compiled information below so that festival goers with additional access needs are well cared for. 

We want everyone to have as much fun as possible at our festival.If you have a particular requirement, let us know! Please get in contact via info@audiofarmhq.org and we’ll do our best to make the necessary changes so that you can attend.

Do you have Personal Assistant tickets?
Personal Assistant Tickets are free for attendees that require a personal assistant. To request yours please send an email to info@audiofarmhq.org and our team will be in touch. Deadline is 15th August 2022.

Is there accessible parking>
Audio Farm Festival has accessible parking bays allocated closer to the accreditation area. If you’re a blue badge holder, let our stewards know on arrival and you’ll be guided to the reserved spots.

Whats is the sites accessibility?
The site terrain is very flat, consisting mostly of grassy fields and some pathways. The past Audio Farm Festivals haven’t had any issues, but please consider that the ground conditions may deteriorate in poor weather conditions.

All areas of the festival are accessible to wheelchair users and those with limited mobility. Routes avoiding steps will be clearly marked and will not increase the distance travelled.

Where is Audio Farm Festival 2022?

Audio Farm Festival is excited to be back at the beautiful Hopton Court in Shropshire for 2022. Set on a beautiful Georgian Estate, the site features a classic walled garden, a serene lake and giant ancient trees, providing the perfect backdrop for the event. Its central location in the country makes it easy to reach from most parts of England and Wales.

Please be respectful of the local residents, and avoid going through Kidderminster Village when you arrive at the site. The route to the festival is marked here (Please follow the road maps when you arrive onsite).

Is there a coach service?
Not in 2022, due to low demand in previous years.

What is the Covid19 Policy?
The number one objective for Audio Farm is to deliver safe events. Audio Farm HQ will be working closely with all the local authorities and emergency services to ensure we deliver a safe Covid19 events. Audio Farm will comply to all post Covid19 risk assessment procedures, laws and legislations. Otherwise we will not be allowed to open the gates. All these measures are being put in place to ensure safety, while not taking away from what will undoubtedly be wonderful and magical gatherings 

What happens to my tickets if the festival gets cancelled due to Covid19?
We are well aware that in these unique times things change very quickly. If the worst happens and the event is forced to cancel, your tickets will automatically roll over to the next event. There will also be a period where you will be eligible for a full refund.  Your ticket money is safe with Audio Farm LTD.
