Join us on Thursday eve for our heart opening Cacao ceremony, dance and 432hz crystal sound journey with Andrea Proffitt of Cacao Club in The Tent of symmetry.
As we open to a wonderful weekend of connection, unity & community we connect to the land that will be our home for 6 days, drop into a space of heart coherence, movement medicine and sacred sound to harmonically align to our optimum vibration. Lets set the tone for our weekend together!
Join us as we open to the magic, reach a higher octave of heart connection and embody these current energies.
We begin with a heart warming and connected Cacao ceremony, working with this gentle yet powerful plant consciousness we open our hearts to the wisdom within, connect to our true nature and each other before we move into a transformative dance!
The wonderful Olly Boon aka DJ flying tree with guide us on a dance journey like no other! Global beats medicine music & tropical sounds abound this is a shake down and alchemical journey to align and move our body temples.
We move then into a 432hz crystal sound immersion…a chance to retune, realign and relax into the pure tones of the crystal singing bowls as we vibrate into bliss.

PREPARATION before a Cacao ceremony:
- It is wise to steer clear of caffeine, dairy & alcohol for a few hours prior to drinking cacao.
- Please drink plenty of water! Hydration is super important as water is an amazing conductor!
- If you find you have a headache you may be dehydrated, drank too much cacao, or are detoxing with cacao’s assistance.
- Antidepressants with MAOIs contraindicate with cacao and can lead to severe headaches. Doses will be adjusted accordingly.
- Please do get in contact prior to if you have a heart condition, epilepsy or if you have any other questions.

Having extensively travelling all over the world immersed in learning, training and connecting. Andrea is now based in beautiful North Wales & Portugal. Working primarily with the balanced harmonics and pure tones of the 432hz tuned Quartz Crystal Singing bowls, Ceremonial Cacao, embodiment, dance, Kriya Yoga breath work. An experienced & intuitive Sound Practitioner, A Reiki master & holistic facilitator. Andrea has created & held space for 100’s of people over the last 6 years. Regularly offering her work at conscious events and festivals, retreats, yoga studios and ceremonies.
